METHOD OF PAYMENT
Mastercard, Visa, and cash are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made up until 12:00 (noon) on the day before arrival will be refunded. Cancellations made after 12:00 pm (noon) the day before arrival date will be charged one night's full room rate.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon).
NON-SMOKING
Rotel is a non-making facility. Per provincial regulations, smoking is not permitted within five meters of the doorway. There is a $100 cleaning fee for smoking in any of our guest rooms. Please respect these regulations; together we can keep the air fresh for all our guests.
PETS
Only registered service dogs are allowed in guest rooms.

Rotel Motel provides affordable, convenient and caring accommodations for outpatients or patients’ families and friends during hospital visits. We feel this is an important service and truly care about our guests.
Rotel is a totally self-sustaining motel run by the Rotel Foundation Inc. It is managed in a fair and cost-efficient manner to ensure the best possible service and experience for our guests. A volunteer Board of Directors meets regularly to review finance and operations and provide ongoing guidance to the capable management.
In addition to the obvious ongoing expenses of salaries, heat, hydro, and taxes; maintaining the building, property and parking lot is critical. Providing a safe and comfortable stay for guests requires regular maintenance and investment in improving or replacing infrastructure, facilities and furnishings.
Rotel Foundation Inc. is a non-profit and a registered charity that receives no government funding.
