Just a few words of appreciation for our stay back in September. My fiancée was having a routine procedure then encountered some complications. I was originally booked for two nights but because of the circumstances I had to say an additional two nights. You were kind enough to put me up for the additional nights without hesitation. I want you to know how much Ron and I enjoyed the time we spent at Rotel in May and June. Rotel is such a warm and welcoming place we felt we were on holidays even though Ron was in a battle for his life.
Your kindness and willingness to do anything that made us more comfortable was appreciated. When Ron had to stay unexpectedly for more treatment you found us a room. When we needed more pillows to relieve his pain symptoms they were cheerfully given. Sadly, Ron lost his battle in July but I will always fondly remember Rotel as a home away from home.

We spent two nights at Rotel and found it not only convenient and affordable but also comfortable, even with the excellent mattress and the lovely long bathtub. We also found the staff most friendly and helpful – every time I prefaced a request by saying “I’m sorry to bother you”, they replied instantly and with obvious sincerity, “It’s not a bother.”
