Rotel is totally self-sustaining. It is managed in a fair and cost-efficient manner to ensure the best possible service and experience for our guests. A volunteer Board of Directors meets regularly to review finance and operations and provide ongoing guidance to the capable management.

In addition to the obvious ongoing expenses of salaries, heat, hydro, and taxes; maintaining the building, property and parking lot is critical. Providing a safe, comfortable and up-to-date stay for guests requires regular maintenance and investment in improving or replacing infrastructure, facilities and furnishings.

Rotel is a non-profit and a registered charity that receives no government funding (with the recent exception of CERB payroll subsidies due to the COVID pandemic).

Please help us to maintain quality accommodations, professional service and low cost.

We appreciate any and all donations. All donations to Rotel receive a charitable receipt for income tax purposes.
